Shipping policy

At Hard 8, every bag of jerky is hand-cut, seasoned bold, and dried to perfection. We aim to get your order out the door as fast as we can, usually within 1–2 business days of receiving it.

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info straight to your inbox so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Because all of our jerky is made fresh and packed with care, we don’t promise “same-day” shipping. Bulk orders or ingredient delays might add a little extra time, but we’ll always keep you in the loop if that happens.

After orders leave our shop, the trail is in the hands of the carrier (USPS). We aren’t responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused in transit, but if something goes wrong, give us a holler and we will do the best we can to make it right.
