Refund policy
We stand by our jerky. If something’s not right with your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Because jerky is a perishable food product, we can’t accept returns once the package has been opened. If the bag is unopened and unused, you can ship it back to us within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping costs).
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please take a picture and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
